DALLSS’ innovative approach is to help empower disadvantage at-risk women to break through their traditional background roles and become responsible individuals. DALLSS follow-up Aftercare program is designed to provide long-term, on-going support, programs and services that keep participants on course, committed, and practicing learned skills in a positive growing environment and camaraderie. Participants pair with program staff and volunteers shadowing them to learn successful practical strategies for dealing with a variety of social issues, self-discipline and change.
