She has received The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Governor’s Citation Award, The Community Development Award for establishing the first African American Nurturing Program in Massachusetts, The Diversity Council Community Leadership Award, and The Boston Public Health Commission Award of Excellence for her outstanding work in Mental and Emotional Healing.
