Our Staff consist of sincere, caring, compassionate, and understanding mentors who are highly qualified and devoted to mentoring, nurturing, and supporting women without regard to their race, creed, color, national origin, age, ancestry, disability, or sexual orientation.
DALLSS’ Mission: is to empower disadvantage, high risk women with skills needed to build strength and courage, eliminate destructive behaviors and foster proactive and preventive methods that will restructure their lives and help them prevent recidivism.
DALLSS’ Goal: Empower women with skills and strategies needed to get them beyond the dependency of drugs to good mental and emotional health, and from criminal activity to self-sufficient law-abiding citizens.
DALLSS meet women at their point of need with support, encouragement and programs designed to enhance and alter the course of their lives.
