DALLSS, Inc. (pronounced Dolls) is a grass root non-profit organization founded in 1999 by two African American women dedicating their life to helping ladies improve their mental, emotional and physical health. DALLSS was established exclusively with an innovative approach that  help ladies re-build their lives and prevent relapse to homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence or incarceration. This is done via our Self-Development Empowerment program, which is designed to support, encourage and teach women how to resolve conflict, manage their anger, and nurture themselves while build self-esteem as they prepare for employment in our Office Automation and Computer Technology Job Skills Training Programs. Participants achieve economic stability, pride, and dignity with a commitment to be responsible parents and reliable employees.    

 Women are empowered with the necessary tools and strategies needed to help them re-build their lives, and foster proactive and preventive methods effective in preventing recidivism to homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence or incarceration. Participants are trained to improve their parenting skills to be betters mothers and maintain good mental and emotional health and become engaged citizens of their community.

  Our Mission is to empower disadvantage women with skills needed to foster proactive and preventive methods that will prevent recidivism to homelessness, substance abuse, domestic violence, or incarceration.

DALLSS Goals are to empower disadvantage women with skills and strategies necessary to get them beyond dependency of drugs to good health; from domestic violence to independent living; from criminal activity to self-sufficiency and Provide a 2-year aftercare support system that continue to support them in crisis, career counseling, personal and employment matters.
